Reservations
Since we limit group size to 6-9 clients, we suggest that you book as early as possible. We accept group as well as individual bookings and also design custom trips on request, for specific dates or a particular focus. Having trouble deciding which trip to take? Read Picking the Best Trip for You.

A $500 deposit per person will reserve a place for you on the trip of your choice. We accept payment by personal or cashiers check only (or bank wire transfers from foreign countries). The balance is due 60 days before the start of your trip, or by May 31 for August trips. Reservations made less than 60 days before the trip departure must be paid in full at the time of booking. Land costs are commissionable.

As soon as we've received your $500 per person deposit, we'll send you a packet of materials including a reservation form, detailed personal equipment list, and further trip information and reading list.

Cancellation
If written notice of cancellation is received up to 60 days before departure, your payment will be refunded, minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel 30-59 days before departure, the cancellation fee is $500; for 8-29 days, the cancellation fee is 50% of the trip price. For cancellations within 7 days of departure, the trip payment is not refundable. If for any reason Arctic Treks must cancel your trip, a full refund will be given.

The weather is a significant factor in all wilderness travel in the Arctic, determining flying conditions, and water levels and aufeis conditions on rivers. Because of these and any other conditions beyond our control, we reserve the right to change dates, trip locations, mode of trip, and other trip details.
